Last week, I skipped the beautiful (and temperate) weather of the northwest to hit up the dessert for the annual Spring Summer trade shows in Las Vegas, Nevada. The following compilation details some of the very finest construction, detailing, design or textile choice that we saw at Capsule, Project and Workroom. As a buyer, these are some of the details I look for in each and every garment (Along with a whole laundry list of others)
While much of the theme and direction for menswear next spring is pretty similar to what we've been seeing, it is the small details that set these brands apart from their peers. As a whole, the smallest details usually make or break it for me. This is a trend that permeates nearly every facet of my life. I'm all about the details.
In order of appearance: Norse Projects, Taylor Supply, John Bull, Blanc and Noir, Meg Company (Yuketen, Tito Sandals, Santo Domingo, Monitaly) , Creep by Hiroshi Awai, Relieigh Denim, Kicking Mule, and Farmtactics.
